Learn how to safely use a firearm to
protect yourself and your family

Bring your handgun, rifle, shotgun and ammo to us or we can provide them for you.

Receive valuable hands-on training on a clean privately-owned range.

Don't own a gun yet, and don't know what to buy?
Take our Testing 1-2-3™ course, instead.

If you provide the guns:

$65.00 for 1 person
$50/each for 2 - 4 persons
$45/each for 5 - 8 persons

Add $10.00 per person if we provide guns & ammo

Approximately 2.5 hours

The $5.00 per person range fee is included.

Firearms 101 is a Range-Only Course in which you will learn:

Basic firearms safety, handling, operation and range rules

Hands-on live fire: how to load, aim, shoot, hit the target, and
reload with safety and confidence!

How to disassemble, clean and re-assemble you gun.
   Note: Bring the owner's manual. If you don't have one, download
   it from the manufacturers' website. Call us if you have
   difficulties with this - we may have a manual for that gun.

Here's how to sign up for Firearms 101:

1. Check calendar for "Range Day."

2. Call 775 842 6409 (Reno area) to pay for the class in advance by credit card. NOTE: Payments for classes are not refundable, and may be applied only toward a future class of equal or greater value.

3. Class begins and ends at the range. Starting times for F101 will vary depending on the number of students and the type of courses being run that day. A map & directions to the range will be provided to you by email upon payment for the class.

Please do not bring loaded firearms to the range. Loaded magazines are OK.
