Can I carry a concealed firearm
using the
"white card" instead of a CCW permit?
Not legally you can't.
The white card authorizes PILB licensees to openly carry a gun during
the course of his or her assigned duties. It does NOT permit you to carry
a firearm concealed.
A separate permit - the
CCW permit - authorizes you to carry a concealed weapon on your person.
